November 2025 - December 2025 Sophia Wan ABC Browser / Web Art Visual Studio Code, p5.jsThrough the medium of a collaborative mobile application, Scratchy Cyborg explores the tension between "ungrouping" and "regrouping" the speculative body. Users engage in a blind creative process, tasked with drawing a single, randomly assigned body part without knowledge of the greater whole. The interface synthesizes these fragmented contributions into a playful, fluctuating avatar, unified by a raw, scratchy visual language. This project challenges the concept of a fixed identity, presenting the cyborg body not as a singular entity, but as a dynamic assembly of collective imagination and public participation.
